REFUND POLICY
Overview
Breeze Performance does not offer refunds on purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, compensation must be requested directly from the shipper.
Damage Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, you must contact the shipping carrier within the timeframe specified by their damage claim policy (typically 24-48 hours). Breeze Performance is not responsible for shipping damage compensation—claims must be filed with the shipper.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of shipping damage (handled by the carrier, not by us).
Defective Products
If you receive a genuinely defective product (manufacturing fault, not shipping damage), contact us at contact@breezeperformance.com with photos and documentation. We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
Shipping Damage
Damage claims are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. File a claim directly with them using your tracking number and receipt within their specified timeframe.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If ordering from within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags. Contact contact@breezeperformance.com to initiate.
